You can’t do diet? No, in fact, any people can do diet. But diet isn’t just about stop eating and start taking some pills. It’s about the whole lifestyle that can change all your habits in entirely your life. Many people around the world had mistaken things that if they do diet now with hard work, and when their goal success they can do their first lifestyle (before diet). And it was wrong, the truth is if your lifestyle back to the time before you going diet your body also back to your shape before going to diet. Get it?

Why did so many people say that diet pills cant change their body and they’re was fooled? It’s because they just eat pills and not do right things to their lifestyle. Like what I said before, diet is about changing entirely your lifestyle. I mean you must do workout and take best meals instead of just taking some pills. Then your body will stay last longer.

And guys, I'm not talking about go taking some pills right now, from now on until the rest of your life or other stuff about that. I also hate to take pills. So what i do is start a healthy living. If you just starting you must do it step by step to give your body understanding for the whole habit change. You probably can start with :


1. Don't change your eating habits, just cut off your calories intake


            Because it just starting for you, I will recommend doing a small thing. You may want to do the diet with fast. But sometimes our body doesn't want to feel like that, the impact of fact changing to our body can react with the hard way. It can make our stomach itching if we forcing. So what can we do is cut calories intake instead of not eating anything. For examples, if usually, you eat three times a day with a plate of rice at noon then you can get a half plate of rice from now.


2. Start your drinking habit goals


           I would proudly talk that drinking more pure water really impact to our dieting goals. Many people do this with their diet and its success. The one who wants to lose weight got their weight loss. And the one who wants to gain weight reach it too. Just do 8 glass a day routine or you can schedule it with any app. I have checked it on app store that they were made many water dieting apps nowadays.




3. Take fruits instead of snack if you want to snacking


            Snacking is a habit. It’s not bad habits but this impact on our body can make we feel bad and sometimes really stressful. The reason is total calories we get from that can destroy our body goals plan. But I would be honest that ‘stop snacking is as hard as starting diet’ itself. So, when I decide to start diet a few months ago I start to buy more fruits and if I feel want to get snack I will eat fruits. It’s simple, fruits very helpful to our body and many fruits recommended to help with many diet plans.


4. Do workouts from now on


           I’m very recommended this one keep out muscle and tighten our skin. Drastic weight loss can make your body appearance look saggy. That's why you need to do workout to keep your skin tighten and also shape your body.

How Night Workout Really Affects Your Body

     


        Still not sure to go workout at night? But you don't have time to go workout in daily time. The answer to this question is depending on your self.
        However, there are some common reasons why some people decide to not going workout in the night. How night workout really affects your body.

1. Respiratory Disorder
        As we all know that oxygen has its own cycle of photosynthesis system. It means that at night plans also absorb oxygen for their own cycle, which significantly imposes a decreased levels of oxygen in the air.
        For a special case like do some hard workouts, our body needs more oxygen than usual for this process. If oxygen level has decreased but our oxygen needed to be increased, of course gradually we will have some respiratory disorder causes of its imbalance.

2. Insomnia
        Sleep is an intensive time when all our body can rest. What will happen when we do some workouts at night and we forget to rest? For sure we will lose some golden time to resting our body.
And it is not that all happens if our body feels tired our heartbeat will increase. And this matter will affect our sleeping habits. We cant sleep well if our heart still pounding so hard.

3. Higher risk of having injuries
        Because of a night the atmosphere of the night alert that it's not the normal time for doing some workouts, our muscles and joints will not accept it immediately. Joint pain, stiff muscles, sprain, even slipped are the risk if we not ready. Another fact is our body has tired of daily living, and it still forced to do workout activity at night.
        What we should notice is workouts at night still better than not going for it at all. Ideal workouts routinely must be morning when we have fresh oxygen for the day. Also, we can get health benefits from the morning sun.

        Time managing also needed serious attention. Recommended time for doing workouts are around 20.00 pm to 21.00 pm, and that should be started when Tour body has been enough resting from work activity and should be done 2 hours before sleeping for better time quality.
